Fake SMS messages appear in various forms and may become more frequent during certain periods.
At the moment, a fraudulent SMS regarding a missing payment is circulating. If you receive such a message, please remember:
- Do not call the phone number provided in the SMS.
- Do not share your personal information anywhere outside the Billo app or the official Billo website.
- Do not reply to the SMS.
Billo will never ask for your bank account details via SMS. If you are asked to sign anything using BankID, always confirm the name displayed in your BankID app before signing.
