A Special Postal Address is an address registered with Skatteverket, in addition to your physical address, that enables your physical post to be sent to Billo's scanning center. There the post is digitalised before being delivered to your Billo mailbox.
When activating the add-on service 'All Post', you sign a form that Billo sends to Skatteverket. This form automatically makes your post arrive in Billo!
