How will I receive post you cannot scan?

If Billo receives a shipment or document that is not scannable, for example a bank card or something you must sign by hand, we will send it to your home. It is sent to your Swedish living address at no extra cost, this is included in the regular monthly fee!

Do you need to receive post at another address, for example your summer house or abroad? No worries! We offer an additional service called All Post +. You can activate All Post + directly in the app, and you are then able to enter an address anywhere in the world, even outside Sweden!

All letters under 100 grams are sent at no extra cost no matter where in the world you are located. For letters weighing above 100 grams, Billo may claim an administrative fee of 49 SEK plus postage.
